Please Note: ONLINE REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.  All forms except Medical/Emergency Contact Form are included in the Online Registration.  The Medical/Emergency Contact Form must be completed and submitted AT EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTION TIME. No equipment will be distributed unless your registration, payment and the proper forms have been completed and submitted ahead of time. Please register early either online or via mail and print out the Medical/Emergency Contact Form for submission at equipment distribution.

TEAM PAGES: Once teams are formed (mid September), to view information about your team, click on the team tab above and then navigate to your team via the drop down menus. Each team has its own TEAM page for posting information. It is the Coaches responsibility to assign someone to keep the page up to date.

ROSTERS: In mid-September, your rosters can be found on THE ROSTER tab on your team page. A "no contact information" roster is posted to this website. You will need a passcode to obtain a roster which has contact information. Obtain a passcode by sending an email to or ask your coach. You must have a player on the team to obtain a passcode.
